Integration: Catalogue and stock feed

Required permission: None (public). Public. Without MANAGE_PRODUCTS you get published products only, fields restricted to MANAGE_PRODUCTS (such as ProductVariant.stocks) come back empty, and filtering by status is refused. With MANAGE_PRODUCTS, unpublished products are included and those fields are filled in.
